1. Overview
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the 8RB4 Partner Portal (the "Service"), operated by 8RB4 ("we", "us"). The Service allows approved partners to link TikTok accounts, track videos tagged with our official brand hashtag, and view earnings based on tracked content.
2. Eligibility & accounts
The Service is invite-only. You must be at least 18 years old and provide accurate account information. You are responsible for all activity under your account and for keeping credentials secure.
3. TikTok integration
By connecting your TikTok account you authorize 8RB4 to access your public profile information and the list of videos you have posted, solely to identify videos tagged with our official brand hashtag and calculate related earnings. You may disconnect your TikTok account at any time from within the portal.
4. Content & conduct
You retain all rights to content you post on TikTok. You agree not to post content that is unlawful, misleading, or that violates TikTok's Community Guidelines. 8RB4 may exclude content from earnings calculations at its discretion.
5. Earnings & payouts
Earnings are calculated based on tracked video performance and the payout terms provided to you separately. Displayed earnings are estimates and may be adjusted for invalid views, disputes, or errors before payout.
6. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violations of these Terms or the underlying partner agreement. You may stop using the Service at any time.
7. Disclaimer
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, 8RB4 is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
8. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
