• TikTok data: when you connect your TikTok account, we receive your TikTok open ID, display name, username, avatar, and a list of your public videos (caption, view count, thumbnail, share URL, post date). We store OAuth access and refresh tokens to keep the connection active.
• Payment details: information you enter for payouts (e.g., bank or wallet details), stored securely and used only to process your earnings.
• Usage data: basic logs (IP, browser, timestamps) for security and debugging.

3. How we use information

• Operate and secure the Service.
• Identify videos you post that use our official brand hashtag and calculate the associated earnings.
• Process payouts to you.
• Communicate with you about your account, payouts, and changes to the Service.

4. Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We share information only with trusted service providers who help us operate the Service (hosting, database, authentication, payment processing), and when required by law.

5. TikTok data specifically

We access TikTok data through TikTok's official Login Kit and Display API, using only the scopes you approve (user.info.basic and video.list). We use this data solely to track videos tagged with our brand hashtag. You can disconnect your TikTok account at any time from within the portal; upon disconnection, associated tokens are deleted and we stop syncing new videos.

6. Retention

We retain account and earnings data for as long as your partner account is active and as required for tax, legal, and accounting purposes. You may request deletion of your account by contacting us.

7. Security

We use industry-standard measures to protect your data, including encryption in transit and access controls. No system is 100% secure; you use the Service at your own risk.

8. Your rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data, and to withdraw consent. Contact us to exercise these rights.
